All otherwise valid emailed responses to an offer to add, change or delete insurance coverage must be sent with a "Read" receipt requested by the sender to ensure that such request has been received by specific ERMR personnel in our offices. In no event shall ERMR be liable for any loss, cost or direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the non- receipt of a) an otherwise valid email response that was sent without a "Read" receipt requested, or, b) an otherwise valid email response for which the sender of the request has not received a "Read" receipt from specific ERMR personnel in our offices.
